1) If you are headed for the gym and feel tired, avoid drinking coffee or stimulating drinks such as Red Bull, for example. Such drinks are neurostimulants that only serve to increase the level of cortisol in your body. Cortisol is a stress hormone and puts your body into a catabolic state, exactly the opposite of what you want when training! To get a natural boost, try “neurotonic training”. To perform a neurotonic or “pick me up” workout, after completing one or two warm-up sets at progressively increasing intensity (per exercise), select a load for each exercise to be performed that would only allow you to perform a maximum of 4-6 repetitions. Once the load is selected,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], only perform half of the reps you could if you maxed out (2 vs. 4 for example). Allow yourself 2:00 – 3:30 rest between sets and perform your normal number of sets or even one less than normal. This type of training will serve as a natural “tonic” for your nervous system,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and provided you have not consumed anything sweet before training,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you will not only feel better than you ever could drinking coffee or the likes, you will be anabolic – which means you are creating an environment that favors building your body, not breaking it down!
4) Take a 15-30 minute power nap before training. The results can be amazing!
5) Eliminate consumption of anything higher than 60 on the glycemic index (available in many nutrition books) for a week. This will mean going without most breads, pastas, packaged cereals and many things your are probably addicted to,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], including sweeteners such as table sugar or fake sweeteners (which are just junk anyway). You will most likely be shocked at how much better your energy levels are. My clients often find that many of their nagging pains are gone after making this change,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], indicating that they need to be tested for food allergy.
* Reduced motivation
* Reduced libido
* Constipation,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], diarrhea or alternating between both
* Becoming antisocial
* Prolonged recovery time from nagging injuries
* Infection or sores in the mouth, nose, ears, toes or digestive tract (ulcers)
* Experiencing a plateau in exercise performance and taking longer than normal to warm-up for a training session
Each “yes” response to the questions above to equals one stream of stress into your “cup of life”. When you consider that the body summates stresses, or adds them up to create a total physiological level of stress at any given time, it becomes clear that the more stresses you have, the closer your “cup” is to “running over”! The less streams of stress we have at any given time, the more balance or homeostasis we have,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], leaving us adequate capacity to compensate for the occasional stressor that life occasionally throws our way. If your cup is getting full and your body is not capable of tolerating much more, you must be careful about how much exercise you do and what type and intensity you use, or you will certainly “spill over". Remember, exercise is stress as far as the body is concerned!
And if you are experiencing these symptoms, take them as a warning that your body is not likely to respond well to additional stress from exercise.
Many of you will be committed to your exercise and see it as a form of stress reduction. While exercise certainly has many physiological and psychological benefits with regard to reducing stress, it is critical to remember that no matter how you slice it,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], exercise is stress to the body. The more full your cup is,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the more careful you have to be if you want to get the most from your exercise program.
If your cup is getting full, you may be experiencing some or all of the following symptoms:
3) Take a day or two off from your training. No you won’t shrink to the size of PeeWee Herman in 48 hours! Instead of training, book a full body massage.
2) If joint or muscle soreness is the problem, try cutting the number of sets you are performing for each exercise in half for one full week. This method is very useful to apply every third week of your training program unless being guided by a highly trained exercise professional (See my Program Design videos for more information).
6) Drink two liters of clean bottled water every day. That doesn’t include beer either!

4. Tap into the power of your intention.
If you don¡¦t channel the energy that you do have by using the focus of your intentions,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it will go wild and create whatever it gets attracted to by locking itself to the corresponding frequency somewhere else.
It will bring many undesired circumstances in your life simply because the laws of attraction are working recklessly without your input. 3. Practice intuitive action.
We all have seen people who are always very busy and seem really efficient. But, are they?
If you believe that action for the sake of action will take you ¡§there¡¨, look back at the times in your life when you were busy but may have accomplished little. Then look back at the times in your life when you got an intuition, acted on it and accomplished a lot but in an effortless way. Do you remember whether miraculously the right person or the right circumstance appeared in your life at the right moment helping you leap forward?
Make sure that you create space for silence in your life, even if it is 15 minutes a day. This is the time to get acquainted with the little inner voice of your intuition. In order to master the process of ¡§intuitive action¡¨ you will really need to become best friends with that person inside¡K
This is why they say ¡§only love will set you free¡¨. Literally!
2. Be willing to heal your past,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
We only have a certain amount of time on this planet. Don¡¦t take it for granted that you will be here tomorrow, that your loved ones will be here tomorrow, that the world will be the same tomorrow. Make the best out of today and have some joy, for joy vibrates at the same frequency of love: joy means that you love yourself enough to allow yourself to expand.
Live everyday as if it was your last. After all, it could be. Don¡¦t let unfinished business drain the energy that you do have and be ready to share unconditionally your gifts and your love. It will come back to you tenfold.
Do you feel someone did you wrong in the past? Forgiving them doesn¡¦t mean that you have to like or love them! It means that you choose to let go of the pain that you carry because of them,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Understand that they did the best they could at the time - make peace with your past and forgive yourself.
Wake up, let go of such a slow-death and start living!
And then you may find that this is what you really always wanted!
9. Connect with the love-lesson in each situation.
Every situation is a lesson in love. When we are not able to see the part of ourselves, that which we refuse to accept and which is hidden in every circumstance in our lives, no matter how unpleasant of painful these may be, we get caught in the illusion of struggle and effort.
When we identify ourselves with the situation as it ¡§seems¡¨ to be and forget that the Universe runs on Love energy, we become victims of a lower frequency (fear, hate, pain, sorrow, self-pity,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], etc) which is simply the other side of love. Until we learn to transmute these negative feelings into pure love, we lock ourselves in a loop-hole and keep reviving the same experiences again and again.
Do you ever wonder what is it that makes some people attract wonderful opportunities and joy to their lives while we sometimes feel that are ¡§stuck in a rut¡¨ and don¡¦t seem to be able to break free? By following the points below, some of which you may identify with, you will discover that there is much more we can do to attract what we wish for in our lives.
When you choose to love and accept your present without struggle, you will find that you start refusing to obey the commands and threats of your blind-ego and this is when you will get onto an energy ¡§highway¡¨ which will propel you towards gigantic leaps forwards.

Imagine your mind as a radio - receiving broadcasts from a station you are tuned to - and you will get this idea.
When we hold on to our thoughts and identify with them (e.g. believe that they are the whole reality) we run the risk of stopping the flow for other opportunities, inspiration or information available in the ¡§Universal Mind¡¨. It is like closing the door for new passing-by thoughts and preventing them from resonating with us because our attention is ¡§inwards¡¨. Like keeping your radio always tuned to the same station. You can no longer ¡§hear¡¨ and respond to the Universe, no longer be concerned in the decision-making process of your own life.
When we stop this flow, we lock ourselves into a cycle of repetition which can only be broken when we no longer identify with such thoughts. This is because we can then release the ¡§stagnated¡¨ energy locked in them and allow new frequencies to ignite further growth into our lives.
1. You attract your thoughts.
Thoughts are energy. When you tap into a thought it doesn¡¦t mean that it is yours to start with: thoughts don¡¦t really belong to you.

Only when you decide to accept your present such as it is and are voluntarily willing to take responsibility for how you feel about everything and everyone in your life, can you free yourself from the struggle and resistance that are holding you back.
